Shenzhen Tsingyan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. ( Shenzhen Tsingyan Electronic) was Founded in August 2020, which is an innovative enterprise incubated by the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen (RITS). Its innovative technology comes from the Laboratory of Advanced Energy Storage Materials and Devices (AESD lab.) of RITS. AESD lab has been focusing on the industrial technology of power energy storage devices and upstream materials for more than18 years, and has accumulated a deep understanding of supercapacitors, lithium-ion capacitors and hybrid supercapacitors. Among them, after 7 years of technology accumulation, the technology ofdry electrode for supercapacitors has reached the international professional level. In December 2022, Shenzhen Tsingyan Electronic was recognized as a state-level high-tech enterprise.

Adhering to the "innovative, efficient, pragmatic and inclusive" culture of RITS, the founding team of Shenzhen Tsingyan Electronic has been committed to the industrialization of high-end electronic materials and the realization of large-scale mass production. In May 2021, Guangdong Tsingyan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Tsingyan Electronic, was set up in Jindu Industrial Park, Gaoyao District, Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, and put into production at the end of August, specializing in the production ofdry eletrode for supercapacitors, with an annual production of 1 million square meters (Phase I).

In 2023, thestudy ofdry electrode forEV batterykeeps pushing ahead. At the same time, the production line of dry electrode for 1GWhEV batteryis under preparation.

It has won 1 excellent award of the National Invention Patent Award,3 provincial and municipal science and technology awards, 2 drafting national standards, 4 industry standards, several group standards and theindustrystandarddevelopment Contribution Award of the China Standards Association.
